  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Methods

  • Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refunded to the original source.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you will be asked to share your details).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is returned after 7 days.
  • The product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • The product is returned without original packaging.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
